Rough-in is the part of a house nobody photographs and nobody looks at twice, which is exactly why it is worth doing carefully. Boxes set at the right depth, cable run and stapled properly, circuits planned around how the room will actually be used rather than where it was easiest to drill. Get it right and the finish stage is quick. Get it wrong and it is buried behind drywall for thirty years.
We work on new construction, additions, full renovations and acreage properties across Leduc County. Yes. Basement developments usually need circuits, lighting, and often a sub-panel so the new space is not fighting the rest of the house for capacity. We plan it before cutting so the layout suits how you will use the room.
Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed for two years. Hardware usually carries its own manufacturer warranty on the part itself, but the labour to remove and replace a faulty component is charged separately. We tell you which applies before the work goes ahead.
