New construction, tenant improvements, lighting upgrades and equipment installations. Scheduled so your business keeps running while the work happens.

On a commercial job the electrical bill is rarely the expensive part. The expensive part is the day the shop cannot open, or the tenant improvement that runs two weeks past handover. So the schedule matters as much as the workmanship, and that means being straight about timelines rather than optimistic.
We work on new construction, tenant improvements, lighting upgrades and equipment installations including panels, transformers and motors. Where the work would interrupt trading, we plan it around your open hours. We have also worked in schools, government buildings, airports and other high security and clearance environments, so site requirements, sign-in procedures and paperwork are familiar rather than a surprise.
Excellent service and fair price. Fit my small job into his busy schedule when everyone else was at least 2 weeks out. Explained everything and was super thorough.
His communication was great, bill was not a surprise, everything was done to code and done well. Best electrician I have worked with!
Yes, and for a lot of commercial work that is the sensible approach. Evening and early morning work costs less overall than closing during trading hours. We plan the disruptive parts around your schedule and agree the timing before starting.
Yes. Tenant improvements are regular work, from reconfiguring an existing space to a full fit-up before handover. We coordinate with the other trades on site so the electrical is not the thing holding up the completion date, and we flag long lead items early rather than at installation.
Yes. We have worked in schools, government buildings, airports and other high security and clearance areas. Site sign-in, escort requirements and documentation are all familiar territory, so nothing stalls because the paperwork was not anticipated or because somebody arrived without the right clearance.
Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed for two years. Hardware usually carries its own manufacturer warranty on the part itself, but the labour to remove and replace a faulty component is charged separately. We tell you which applies before the work goes ahead.
